You’re not getting the outcomes you need and you’re feeling stuck in your current patterns. You need (and deserve) clear, evidence-based care and a supportive health care provider to check-in, answer questions, and be available through your care. You want to expedite the process and get answers quickly. One-on-one nutrition counseling creates a clear path forward toward solutions and your goals. I offer a variety of functional laboratory testing to discover the root cause of your personal situation, whether driven by a hormone or gut imbalance. This option is available to all women over the age of 18. Plan to commit to at least four months of care for the best outcomes.

Preconception
Whether you are trying to get pregnant for the first time, wanting to feel more prepared or are having difficulty conceiving, I’m here for you. I understand the complexities of nutrition and lifestyle changes for the best pregnancy outcomes. I can also relate to the heartbreak and frustration of pregnancy loss. During your preconception care, you will feel understood and experience compassionate care (maybe for the first time). “Thank you so much for all your help, not just with nutrition but with taking care of myself and putting myself back together during postpartum. Mentally I am light years ahead of where I was when I started seeing you. I have you to thank largely for that because you’re the one that sparked the healing. I am so thankful that I reached out to you.”

Pregnancy
You care about what is going into your body. You know a lot already about nutrition and are looking to dig into the complexities of your situation with a perinatal expert. Working closely with me, I will assess and monitor safe and effective interventions for both you and your growing baby. One of the most appreciated aspects for established patients is the ability to troubleshoot concerns as they surface: access to direct messaging with me directly between appointments. This is for the moms looking to optimize their pregnancy and understand why your intake now impacts your baby’s future. Your pregnancy care is focused on optimizing nutrition intake, safe supplementation, and resolving your symptoms together.

Postpartum and Breastfeeding
You want the best for your baby. That’s why you’re here. To do that, you must also take care of yourself and your body. Because your time is limited (and sometimes a shower is more important), you need access to actionable steps to eat nutrient-dense, balanced meals to provide the building blocks your body needs to recover from birth. You’re feeling overwhelmed about how your diet influences breastmilk and supply. Working together on your postpartum nutrition care allows us to remove additional stressors about food and put more focus on caring for you. Telehealth appointments and direct messaging allow for easy check-ins. No need to get in the car with baby.
